1	c	;water
1 1/3	tb	Oil, walnut
1 1/3	tb	Honey
1 1/3	tb	Onions; chopped
1/2	c	Mushrooms; sliced, sauteed
1	ts	;salt
1	c	Flour, whole wheat bread
3	c	Flour, bread
2 1/2	ts	Yeast
1/4	c	Walnuts; chopped

Add first nine ingredients to ABM in order listed. Set machine to appropriate cycle. After first kneading, add walnuts. Finish cycle.

Saute mushrooms in 1 to 2 teaspoons of walnut oil until liquid is gone. If walnut oil is unavailable, any vegetable oil may be substituted. From: Margaret Young Date: 28 Jan 97 National Cooking Echo Ä
